Darren Newing

With over 25 years of PGA coaching experience, Darren has worked with golfers of every ability, from PGA Professionals and county players through to low and high handicap golfers.

Every lesson incorporates video analysis, providing clear visual feedback to help players understand their swing and make lasting improvements.

Darren specialises in custom club fitting using the FlightScope Launch Monitor, offering fittings for PING, Callaway, TaylorMade, Titleist, Mizuno and Srixon.

FlightScope is also used for club gapping, ensuring every club is correctly spaced throughout the bag.

Chris Gosney

Chris has been a PGA Professional at Chilworth for 15 years and also serves as Assistant Club Secretary and Handicap Secretary.

He has coached a wide variety of golfers, including juniors, adults, beginners and elite players.

Chris uses video analysis during his lessons, helping players better visualise their swing and understand the adjustments he recommends.

Mark Dawe

Mark has been a PGA Professional at Chilworth for 12 years and is also the club’s Competition Secretary and Ambassador Representative.

He has taught golfers of every standard, from complete beginners through to professional players.

Before joining Chilworth, Mark studied at the University of Birmingham, gaining a BSc in Applied Golf Management alongside his PGA qualification.

Mark uses video analysis during his lessons, helping players better visualise their swing and understand the adjustments he recommends.
