Greens maintenance commencing 07/04/2026

Dear Members,

We are writing to update you on upcoming maintenance work scheduled on the greens, which will take place from Tuesday the April 7th for about a week.

The greens will be undergoing essential maintenance, deep hollow coring and top dressing with sand, seed, and feed,

This is necessary to break through the deep thatch layer that we have, which causes the greens to hold water rather than draining through. This maintenance will ensure our greens are firmer throughout the golfing season. We hope that it will also help to ensure that there is a reduced need for temporary greens in the future.

The course will remain fully open during this period, but temporary greens will be in place for all holes. We do ask that you are considerate to maintenance staff and avoid hitting too close to them.  We would appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we complete this important maintenance.
